The Tulip Connect is an advanced controller developed by Tulip Wise that ensures smooth integration between solar energy and intelligent heating solutions. With our proprietary hardware and software, the Tulip Connect provides a seamless connection between your sustainable energy sources and consumers.
This smart controller is truly the heart of your system. The various sensors, valves, and pumps are also connected and controlled here. This way, the Tulip Connect knows exactly what needs to be done!
All technical data is stored locally and—as soon as there is an internet connection and the end user has given permission—securely shared with our server in the Netherlands for proactive updates and service.

While your Tulip Connect is already the beating heart of the Tulip Next heat pump, our engineers are working hard on the next generation of features. Think even smarter control strategies, dynamic energy optimization, and an app that gives you insight into all your devices.
We are also working on expanding with new connections to external energy solutions. We are currently working on:
- Connection to the smart meter. (This allows the Tulip Connect to respond to the output of third-party inverters.)
- Connection to the Tulip hybrid inverter + battery system.
- Connection to Tulip Orion heat pump boilers.
- A handy app that provides insight into all your devices.
- Expansions and improvements to all existing products and features.
We are also working on compatibility with other rules and regulations. An example of this is the German “EVU-sperre Energieversorgungsunternehmen” contact, which temporarily blocks or limits the power of the heat pump. By actively working on this, we are flexible for every market!
